I’ve always known the power of the pencil. At the age of ten, I penned love letters to my favorite boy band member, trying to convince him to marry me. As a teenager, I obsessed over crafting the perfect college admissions statement (not realizing that there isn’t such a thing.) As a twenty-something, I spent weeks editing the perfect 250 word contest entry to win a year’s supply of my favorite cereal– and won! And as an adult, I still correspond weekly through snail mail with my decade-held, ninety-three-year-old pen pal.

Words on the page have always been my love language. Today, I write novels, children’s books, non-fiction, and various other things— and I’m thrilled to share them with my readers. (Pssst– “Watching for Cardinals” will debut March 9, 2027 and I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I loved writing it.)
